Focused on social inclusion through skilling and employment, emphasizing vulnerable populations.

Employment as a Pathway to Inclusion

Access to decent and meaningful employment is one of the most powerful tools for fostering inclusion. Through partnerships with local organizations, we support programs that help vulnerable groups at risk of social exclusion, including young people, women, and migrants, to improve their job readiness and employability, access to stable job, increase income security and feel a stronger sense of belonging and purpose.

While corporate philanthropy must respond to crisis and emergencies, we also recognize the need to tackle the root causes of inequality. This means investing in youth. Our funding supports initiatives that fight for youth social inclusion, ensuring that all children—regardless of background—can have access to education to improve their academic performance, improve their soft skills through participation in sports and artistic activities, feel a stronger sense of belonging and purpose and reduce social exclusion and marginalization.
